is a new heavy duty 270’ Rohn self supporting SSV tower. It was installed solely for the purpose of leasing antenna space. The 100’ x 150’ fenced in area can support your radio
equipment shelter and has been graded with 4” to 6” of stone with
excellent drainage. The tower was constructed to support PCS, cellular, paging,
broadcast, M/W, and two-way antennas.
The Claymont location has both fiber and copper phone lines coming into the building. There are separate electric power meters provided for each customer.
The
site has 24 hour access and is located on the north side of Claymont,
Delaware. From the tower you can see Route 495 ( the bypass around
Wilmington, DE) which is approximately 400 yards east from the tower. On the other side you can see Route 95, which is about 750 yards
away.
The
tower is located about 17 miles south of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and
about 5 miles north of Wilmington, Delaware.
