This is a new, heavy duty Rohn SSV tower,  and Rohn 12’ x30’ concrete shelter, installed for the sole purpose of antenna leasing.  This site is in the middle of the very busy Rehoboth Beach, DE outlet shopping area, and is on RT 1, the main highway down the Delaware coast.
There are 18 antenna mounts from 230’ to 250’ already installed for new customers.
This site has excellent coverage of Rehoboth Beach, DE, Lewes, DE, Southern NJ and the Delaware Bay, and Sussex County, Delaware.
