This is a 350’ Guyed G-25 Stainless tower in Roxana DE, near Fenwick Isand and Bethany Beach DE, and just north of Ocean City, Maryland.
We have a 16’ x 20’ cinder block building, with heat and A/C, with an Onan generator available.  The building and tower have excellent cad weld grounding.
The tower and building are on 9 acres of land in the country, with 24 hour access.
